If you don't have it, you will need a tool to pull the guide rail pins. The crank pulleys will need to come off to get to the lower pins. You might as well replace the front seal and spacer ring while you are there. One of the pins is under the vac pump (I think), so a vac pump gasket will be needed. You may or may not get away with replacing the chain guides without the IP getting out of time, so be prepared to re-time it. If you plan to change the lower/outer most guide, the IP timer needs to be removed. You will definitely need to re-time the pump if you go that far.......Rich
