81 240D Timing Chain Tension

I was adjusting my vavles and checked the tension on the timing chain. the first picture is it just sitting there, and the 2nd one is me pulling up on it.

as you can see there seems to be no slack, i do not know when the last time it was changed but looks like recently.

so is my chain good?
