A flat plate heat exchanger, a resistor on the AIT, that's all.

How can I test it? I took it out and all look normal, but it was only visual, I don't know what to do to test it.

Does it have one of those silly flapper things in the inlet manifold? If it does, get rid of it.
Got rid of the EGR, thanks to this forum and Kartek.
Dunno about the flaps.

Fill the clean tank with proper diesel. Replace the secondary filter once you have diesel in the car. Then you will be back to a proper base line.
Filter is new, you cannot blow into it, it will destroy it.
I have injected compressed air in the line.
There is no way the strainer is going back in. A pain to remove to clean.
