'84 300D/T Electrical Gremlin..

Happy new year, dieselers..

Wondering if anybody has any advice:

My '84 300D started a new trick this morning (27 degrees, not driven in5 days) where every time I used the brake or turn signal, the tachometer would jump (rhythmically to the lights going on).. Seems like it would be an easy fix, but if someone's seen it boefore it could save a LOT of diagnostic time..

Thanks in advance!
