On each end of the Drive Shaft there is a Pin that goes into the Bushing previously spoken of. The quality Bushings are like $55+ each so it pays not to damage them to begin with. The also need to be lubed with Grease.
To gain enoughs space to get the Pins out of the Bushing you need to loosen the 46mm Nut on the Driveshaft and slide the Yoke back till you have enough room to clear the Pins. On mine the Flex Disx was stuck in the recess that the Steel Tubes on the Flex disc go into. It takes some bit of prying and force to get them out but you need to be careful not do damage thos Bushings. I thought there was a more detailed DIY in the DIY section.
