Replacing both flex discs

I've looked and looked for a good, comprehensive DIY article on how to do this (this'll be my first time doing major work under the car). I've seen snippets of stuff from lowering the transmission to dropping the entire driveshaft....I'm lost...

Give a guy a hand here?
