Connector conundrum: need help with wiring diagram 83-605
My question concerns wiring diagram 83-605 (which doesn't seem to be loading from the StarTek site, I had to get it from a third party server). I tried to attach it here but the file is too large. This is the diagram for ACC II (my 1980 300td).
I am focused on the connector marked # 10, which is labelled "preresistance for blower". Questions: - I believe this is the male side of the six-pin connector for the blower motor regulator. Am I ok so far? - Should I be reading the wiring color codes from top to bottom as 1-6? - Where is the other side (female) of the plug in this diagram? I don't see another six-pin connector in the diagram. The issue is that I am pretty sure the terminals on at least one side are out of order in the connectors. (Trust me on that.) However, the color codes on the wires on two sides are completely different (the side that is connected to the bundle going to the regulator is nearly all green/green brown stripe/black/green white stripe. Thanks
