What the heck is this seal / bolt leaking oil? Under glow plug ground w123

See pictures it's directly under the glow plug ground, and behind the vacuum pump on ip side.

It bubbles out about an oz an hour of driving, need to figure out what the part is called so I can replace.

UPDATE: MY PHONE IS TOO SLOW TO UPLOAD THE PICTURES RIGHT NOW MAYBE SOMEONE WILL KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT WITHOUT PICTURES.

IF NOT ILL UPLOAD WHEN I GET TO WIFI LATER YPDAY
