Because it's a reply to an auction that has long closed, adding nothing to the topic but continuing a conversation that has long since past clogging up more recent topics.

It doesn't piss me off but that's why others get annoyed.

I'll necromance a thread to a problem I'm having with a relevant thread bump if i have a question or point to make for others searching.

I'm genuinely curious as to the process that lead to finding this thread and bumping it.

So atypicalguy, how did you find this and why did you bump the thread?

It's a factory color in any case .

I love the color, SWMBO looked over my shoulder and asked if we could afford it....

Agreed. It was not masquerading as China Blue. Many of the high dollar cars on BaT are not the standard/average colors. The rare colors get the most attention. Your average Light Ivory or Anthracite Grey do not seem to get the high dollar bids like China Blue or Signal Red cars do.
