wire to ac compressor on 84 300d

Recently my ace belt snapped and pulled the wire from my ac compressor out. The connector is messed up, but i am gonna reconnect it without the plastic cover. Can anyone tell me which terminal the ground goes on and which the power? I see 2 spades that are kinda hard to get to, but I don't want the compressor to run backwards if I swap them to the wrong side.

It doesn't matter which wires go on which terminal.

The compressor is turned by a belt, therefore it is not possible to turn the compressor backwards. The 12v wire engages the clutch.
