I have looked all over the www for the part number for this part. It is the exhaust temperature sensor upstream of turbocharger B19/11 for a 2009 E320 Bluetec OM642. I have tried all the keywords on the major Euro parts sites, and can't find the proper part number. I find sensors for the catalyst, DPF and everything but the one upstream of the turbo. I did find this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Mercedes-Benz-Temperature-Sensor-Exhaust-Gas-A0071536628-W211-W204/113707218956?epid=1941743697&hash=item1a797a780c:g:lZAAAOSw~O1a4s9k, and it looks like the correct one, but I am not sure if it does fit the E320.
Why is it so hard to find this part? It is on every OM642 in every chassis (including Jeep).
