As far as your not having heard of the esteemed ultra-right Ms. Saunders, she appears on FOX and MSNBC now and then, she's been printed in Time or Newsweek, I forget. As far as "that long," I typed that a minute after I read the post that inspired it.

I've seen that sort of thing already here. I try to say, watch this or that film, read this or that, and then we can save a lot of time in discussing something. Earlier this afternoon, Bill Moyers called James Watt and "apologized profusely" for misquoting him and misrepresenting his views on the environment. Moyers says he will produce a written apology and think about ways to make the apology as public as the smear was. Congratulations, Mr. Watt.
