Sigh.

Sitting in a hotel in Malaysia reading email from Darling Beloved in which she contemplates the need for acquiring a wheel chair for Ma.

Sounds like Ma's level of done wored out from just walking to the kitchen has hit the point where getting to the car without wheels isn't going to be an option much longer.

Guess I'm building ramps and figuring out which door ways to widen this weekend.

I can help you with your kitty problem. I am a professional baby kitten puncher. I like to punch kittens in their mouths. The cool thing about baby kittens is that they don't remember from one day to the next, so you can sneak up on the same baby kitten and punch him in the mouth again. Punching baby kittens make me feel better about myself.

You realize you are not scoring any points with Mistress by taking this tack, don't you?

Sitting in the airport in Cleveland waiting for
my flight home. Spent another great day at Aileron in Tipp City, OH for a business brainstorming and best practices sharing session. Met up with Matt at his new shop last night for a tour and got to meet Jodi and her Euro SL. Not a bad couple of days.

Just in his propensity to let everyone know it.

Well, not exactly a "Happy" hump day but hump day nevertheless. I just received the news my cousin passed away in his sleep. Flying out to Indy on Friday for the memorial service. Just looked up the weather forecast. Brrrrr! I am not looking forward to this trip. My cousin was the closest thing to a brother I had.

No condolences needed. He had a good long fun filled life and he died painlessly in his sleep. I'm sure he'd have rather been shot dead by the jealous husband of some 20 year old but we don't always get what we want. I'm gonna miss the SOB 'cause no matter what I had done growing up it would always be surpassed by the latest escapade he had pulled. Kept me out of a lot of trouble from the relatives!

He's being cremated today, I suggested they waited until tomorrow and having somebody sneak one of those pop-up meat thermometers into the corpse but I got voted down. His brother is pushing to have his shroud to be made of white paper and rolling the ends up like a doobie. Ronnie would have gotten a real kick out of it.

So, the weekend will consist of me flying into Indy on Friday night, going to the memorial Saturday, recovering from the hangover on Sunday (and possibly Monday), visiting my Mom and sisters on Monday-Tuesday and flying back to the land of warmth and sunshine on Wednesday.

Y'all have a nice Turkey Day and a safe weekend.

It's very quiet at Transworld Systems today. I'm looking forward to a fabulous spread over at the Powerpig Sty tomorrow. My "little brother" has promised me a piece of pumpkin pie later when I stop off to see him.

I hope everyone here has a terrific Thanksgiving.

I'm prepping as much of tomorrow's meal as possible today so I can enjoy spending time with everyone ... something I'm still trying to perfect for my GTGs.

Happy Thanksgiving to my Peachparts family.

EDIT: Safe travels Mike. Your cousin sounds like he will be missed.
