Nothing like a little GoJo Orange to clear the complexion! (By taking off several layers of skin!) :D

Rest assured that I was wearing goggles, but when I took them off some debris went in the corner of my eye. No injuries sustained and I feel fine.

This was caused by cleaning the undercarriage of my 300TD so I can fix the upper and lower turbo drain leak, the oil pan leak, the oil leak by the oil pressure gauge hose on the oil filter housing, replace the exhaust, replace the SLS valve, flush and recharge the AC, and rebuild the front suspension and steering components.

It's clean enough now for me to work on.:)

Anyway, I DID get to see a BUNCH of old friends, and visited the agriculture fair...and went over my friends house. No boyfriend though :( Oh well, tomorrow!

Ugh...but it was 90+ degrees today...NOT my kind of weather. Yuck. I can't wait for it to be a NORMAL temperature...however if I had a pool....or was at a beach today, I guess I wouldn't complain.

oh, and not that anyone cares, but i went swimming today, out in the glorious sunshine. 3000 yds in 60 minutes. not bad for the geriatric one. the pleasures of the woefully underemployed.

I'm thinking she's been posted in some pics from a GTG out that way.

We've got a few cool pictures of her in her awesome pink aviation headset, in and around an airplane. I also did a restoration on a picture of her dad from yester-year. A true aviator. Around here, we raise a toast to his type. RIP
