You could always try Dixie cups and twine...

an unlocked iPhone will work on any network. First Gen iPhones IIRC are the only generation that will. But those are going for a premium because of that.

I'm holding out for a crackberry

Muwahahahah, I have had 4 iPhones now, and continue to go back to crackberries. They are crack. Once you have had one... Your never going back.

Swampee, enjoy the iphone. The iPod part of it is pretttty nifty. Especially, when you put all 12 seasons of Top Gear on it...

Hehehhe, I am a bit off today.

Happy hump day all. Just woke up, and am going turkey day shopping.

Then, back to bed.

Actually, I gotta help prep everything for tomorrow today.

Off to Chicago later this morning with my brother for a co-op sponsored one-on-one company financial analysis tomorrow morning at 9:00. One of the members is putting on a credit policy/Accounts Receivable best practices meeting before that at 7:30. It's every bit as exciting as it sounds although finding areas for decreasing costs or increasing profit, and hopefully getting paid, more than makes up for it.

We get into O'Hare at 1:30 at are going to meet my sister at work and have her lead us astray to all of her stomping grounds. It might make for a long day tomorrow.

Thanks to Hogweed, I got a good working heater blower to install in my wagon yesterday. I installed it yesterday in about 5 minutes and it's working great.

I just got back from the grocery store and will start prepping what I can so I can relax a bit tomorrow while the turducken is roasting.

Thanks for asking me to post the "Shaved Sprouts" recipe last year Mistress. I lost it and was able to verify the recipe by checking the thread here on the forum.

I'm starting to see a lot of hotel construction being curtailed due to the unavailability of funding. When I heard the head of Chrysler talking about how many millions of people could be idled if the automakers went under, that was pretty scarey.

Well… The winds here died down for a little while around noon. Had a guy I met come out for an aerobatic ride in the 300L. Nice enough guy from the Dallas area. Drives a new SLK300. Cute little car. His ego didn’t care to find out my Cobra would eat him alive though.

Then it was off to the wild blue. First pass was a quick 4-point into a tight RH 180 to downwind. The turn was around 5Gs. He went out like a light. Came to and claimed he’d had enough of that.

I don't care if they can't hold their liquor. But they must be able to hold their Gs.

It's very recent for me. I don't know if it's really a trend, but I know some companies are having a hard time getting the credit they need for new construction.

Tuesday night...rented a 14' U-Haul truck, drove it to Colfax, removed the 'lil DTV transmitter, had a friend show up and we pushed the thing into the back of the truck, strapped it down and headed back to home for a "quick" nap (about 0030) before heading to Davenport, IA., then to Orion, IL....yesterday...

Then...at 0500, got up and walked out into approx. 2" of crappy snow...drove through that *hit 'til 1130...finally got to the Davenport station, called the Chief, he met me in the parking lot, then he led me out to Orion, IL., to their transmitter site to unload this 'lil pig...

Got it unloaded, then BARELY got the truck out of the site (tires on rentals SUCK!), then drove iced-over roads back to Onalaska...got home about 2245...

Believe it or not...EVERYONE on the roads was well-behaved and courteous as all-get-out! Even in Iowa...they actually drove like they had paid attention in class! I swear that EVERYONE even USED their turn-signals! UFB!!!

If it hadn't been for the weather (20-30mph winds) and 2"-4" of snow, either blowing or drifting...yesterday would have been one of the nicest days to be driving on a crowded roadway. Now that statement there is just plain sick!
