This week already seems like it has had about ten days in it.

The second longest week of the year is the week before vacation. The LONGEST week of the year is the week AFTER vacation!

Well, I'll be spending tomorrow and part of Friday out of my office, so that'll be nice.

I have the flue

a very nasty little type that lasts about 24 hours but really wrings you out. I avoided puking last night by taking antinausia medicine. Today I have spent most of the time sleeping. I feel like I just ran a marathon (not that I would actually know what that feels like).

I am going to go try to eat something and then take a nap.

Hey man,

Sleep, fluids, Tums, aspirin....

I had that on Sunday. Woke up with a splitting headache, felt like puking, ached --- thought it was from Saturday eve's shrimp, bit no one else felt ill. Took it easy, early to bed Sunday and back to normal Monday.

Two other friends felt this way earlier this week and the symptoms went away in a day, so sounds like you have the 24 hour flu. I always thought it was an old wive's tale-- apparently not.

LOL!

I never had a hang over on that trip until arriving at the airport. The next 3 days were painful.

Going to be flying a developer out over the Mesquite/Forney/Terrell area all day. His projects are already in the works.

I think I’ll take along my Joni Mitchell CD and when they ask for some music, first up will be “Big Yellow Taxi” (Paved Paradise).
That should go over good.

waiting, waiting, waiting......for I.S. to return the "Death Star" computer today. To make sure this occurs today I am going down to Key Bridge, point East and chant to Mecca, just as soon as the clean-up crew get the camel off the bridge that got hit in rush hour traffic. Wish me luck guys!

Yeeehhhhaaaaa and yaba daba doo.
