IMHO, just about anyone could improve on the last 50-60 years of american government.

Q. 9 should have gone before Q. 8. If you answered Q 9 there is no need to answer Q 8. Yet, iirc, the form said to answer 8.
I don't know why a white, black, AA, or Negro or Native American,Alaska Native, etc. x 9, should have to say they aren't Hispanic too? What's the need to do that. I think there's prolly some statistical jimmying potential in that question, although I admit I can't see it at first blush.

After looking over the form I think anything past how many people live at this address is a waste of paper. They managed to get the form to my address, and have no need for anyones name, relationship, birthdate etc.

Makes me want to fill out other for every answer except X people live here.

I was simply pointing out that the american government's track record for the last half century is fairly horrible (and embarrassing), my cat might have done a better job. I am aware that there are plenty of competent old white guys in the US; unfortunately none of them have been elected to high office in my lifetime; and I'm not optimistic about the future based on "discussions" like these.
