I think that is part of Herman Caine's 9-9-9 proposal. Its a good idea, regardless of who said it first.

I have no idea where the AWS thing is going to end up, but I predict that it will get significant support from certain Tea Partiers. Neither movement (if that's the right word) seems to know the answers, but at least they are focusing on the problems, unlike most of the people who should be leading the country.

Actually I like the Bay area very much. In the seventies I worked for a company with a facility on the Stanford campus and worked there a month at a time on an off for several years. I also worked for a short time for a company out of Santa Rosa.

An Army buddy mine lives in Berkeley so I've been there several times.
