Again, how did you determine that they are complicit in what happened to you? Guesswork or real evidence that will stand up in court.

Harassed with what? If you are saying that the law was not there and the cop was making it up as they went along, fair enough. Again, it will come to light in a court and get tossed out, etc, etc. OTOH, if they are enforcing the law then the real work that you don't want to do is to remove that law. Again, what you want is the cop to exercise selective judgment about which law to enforce and which to ignore. All is fine until they enforce a law you don't agree with or choose to ignore an infraction that harms you. A cop should ticket you if he thinks you broke a law. Whether you get punished is up to a judge to decide and not the cop. IF you want to give cops the power to enforce a law THEY, not YOU, THEY think should be enforced and let those go that THEY, not YOU, THEY think should be ignored then you have to STFU and just take it. You are trying to have it both ways to keep yourself happy. Either give the cop the power of judges or don't. You want them to exercise judgment when it suits you and not when it doesn't. Simply put, which way do you want it? Make the cop judge, jury and executioner or have him submit the case to a real judge? You seem pretty undecided and want to flip flop when it suits you.

On the one hand you curse and swear that they are being idiots. OTOH, you want them to have judicial power, basically. Which way do you want it?
