Cops & Evidence back Zimmrman's story

"Two police reports written the night that George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin said that Zimmerman had a bloody face and nose, according to police reports made public today.

The reports also note that two witness accounts appear to back up Zimmerman's version of what happened when they describe a man on his back with another person wearing a hoodie straddling him and throwing punches."

I'd wonder if he was indeed stalking me and whatever his purpose, I doubt I would confront him. If I felt threatened likely I'd go to a store and call a cop or use my cellphone and call a cop. What about you?

How does one make the determination that another person is a menace? Is being a menace a permanent state?

It is my personal opinion that someone who arms himself, patrols the neighborhood, and then pursues a "suspect" after being told by the 911 dispatcher that they did not need him to do that is a menace. YMMV.

I do not see this as changing anything. Yes Zimmerman had wounds. Were they defensive or offensive? Who approached who that lead up to the altercation? Did Martin feel his life was threatened that he had to fight to save his life? Did Martin circle around and surprise Zimmerman?

The only person who would give Martins side of the story is dead. The SYG law screwed up the investigation from day one. Zimmerman is screwed because of the incompetent law makers in FL

I believe it was a single semi-auto. As to the rest, I've never been within 1000 miles of the place, knew not the area, or people involved. I doubt you or anyone else on this forum did either.
