Divorce does not equate to hatred for everyone. YMMV
quite possibly, but better to work out the problem between herself and her husband only. Dragging the cops into it only compounds the issues.

One says "...killing an unarmed teenager..." when evidence was provided, in court, that "Z" was getting the rocks knocked out of his pumpkin by said "...unarmed teenager..."

Then there's all the media crap (pictures and the like) showing "T" as the 12yo he wasn't, at the time of his "offing" and the mug/hospital shots of "Z" looking like he was a speed bag for Mike Tyson during HIS day.

This "Z vs. T" crap will go on and on and on...

Let's just say it was Bush's fault and call it a day. OK?

1,456 posts and the guy's getting a divorce right now. Dog help him if he decides to "Craigs' Fist" for a date or a used car. I can just see the next "headline" ...

Yup, we're stuck with drive-by media headlines and up-your-crack "investigative" reporting by bloggers galore.

...and all the commentary by those that suppose that what they say means something to anyone out there that was insipid enough to tune-in in the first place.

If "Z" doesn't place a piece of lead between his own eyes, he's doing alot better than those around him. They seem to be the nutcases and he's getting hit by the stuff flung by the fan.

Hope he's able to breathe some fresh air in the near future.

Finishing up with the divorce is a good start.

I saw all the twelve year old pictures of the smiling young lad, and continual mentions of "a child" then saw his last pic on the grass of a dude, actually a very grown man I don't think I would have messed with.

Child.....yeah right Jesse.

Once in a while a bad incident changes a Persons character but most of the time they return to who they were before the incident.

I don't think Zimmerman showed He had good common sense in the Travone Incident; that may be part of His Character.

Undoubtedly, but have you given thought to the idea that she may actually have been afraid of the Zim???

Yeah, we're talking about a guy who doesn't 'miss driving around scared to hit mexicans walkin on the side of the street.'

Piece of work/pea brain.

I think that in Texas it is a part of the carry permit that if you are ever pulled over by a Cop the first thing you need to say is not hello or whatever. It is supposed to be 'I have a gun in the car' or something like that.

In that case there is no need to search the car for a gun. If the driver has a legal permit to carry one then that usually tells the Cop they are dealing with someone with at least a bit of sanity.

On the grass, lol. Some of the most peaceful people I've dealt with are "on the grass".

Love to lock the doors when Congress is in session and pump smoke into the halls for an hour or so. Save some for the White House and Pentagon. Pipe in some Ravi Shankar. Done.

NRA: The Untold Story of Gun Confiscation After Katrina - YouTube

Of course we can all rest easy knowing that during the Katrina debacle the local gang bangin' thugs turned ALL of their guns over to the cops........

During a 'state of emergency', Joe 'law abiding citizen' is deprived of his ability to defend himself.

Gang bangin' thugs are now AUTOMATICALLY empowered to rob, kill and maim because they now KNOW people have been disarmed by the cops.

Who won?

When I was doing S&R in NOLA, post-Katrina, I saw cops looting stores from a stolen city utility vehicle. They were well-armed.

If either party is truly afraid of the other, it is past time for one of them to MOVE OUT of the house. Fear never makes for a good relationship. Time for Z to move out and complete the divorce process ASAP. Once a husband and wife go through something like this together, many marriages end in divorce.

Z may be suffering from post traumatic stress or something similar. Even when a cop kills someone and it was deemed necessary use of deadly force, THEY go through a counseling process.
