It isn't state land Dudesky. Did you read the quote I copied from the Nevada constitution?

How exactly do you figure it's state land? I'll post the copy again. I'd prefer a reasoned answer. Take your time....

Third. That the people inhabiting said territory do agree and declare, that they forever disclaim all right and title to the unappropriated public lands lying within said territory, and that the same shall be and remain at the sole and entire disposition of the United States; and that lands belonging to citizens of the United States, residing without the said state, shall never be taxed higher than the land belonging to the residents thereof; and that no taxes shall be imposed by said state on lands or property therein belonging to, or which may hereafter be purchased by, the United States, unless otherwise provided by the congress of the United States." Back in the day, El......how they feel about Uncle Sam owning their backyard now?
Why is it US owns 78% of Nevada? Is that what 'we' own? For what?

I see snopes makes no mention of items previously posted on the BLM website which have now been removed and were captured in a screenshot by Free Republic....maybe you should contact Snopes for posting BS.

Sure is good that those on-the-ball activists got a screen shot before the evil BLM removed the evidence....
Would hate for them to have to go to a different page or anything.... it's a bltch trying to aim the can-tennae and hold a beer and a rifle and a laptop...

Again Dudesky . . . rebel without a cause. The nationwide voter fraud issue disintegrated, now the "cause celeb" of the Tea Party movement is the new kitty litter . . . err . . . catnip . . .

How is this not another episode of "birtherism" at it's finest. Enjoy the ride, while it lasts.

Tin foil must already be trading at elevated share prices, I would guess it's too late to get in.

The only disintegration of voter fraud and its continuing effect on elections is living between the ears of progressive liberals hiding in the grey matter of those who can not win without cheating.

Where in the heck is ACORN when you need them ?

I think we need some really strong community organizers - activists on the scene. I will try to jog my memory of some key figures who have done great things for this country.

This sounds completely unfair. Why shouldn't ACORN help the cowboys and cattleranchers organize and protect their rights? Looks like the federal government is helping the turtles of the desert, and the Chinese with their solar panels, and others.

Better yet Gunny...why isn't our organizer in chief out there bringing organization to the problem. Look at his success in DC.

It's so cute when those who have lost a debate resort to the petty insults...
