Well I'm no fan of the armed military government police so if it turns hot oh well. The rancher is wrong, but I still dislike the Iraq style ops the BLM are running.

Seriously? So if he is 40, we prosecute but if he is older we wait it out till death takes over? What if he is 65 or 60 or 55?

He hasn't been charged with a crime, so prosecution doesn't enter into it.
