Harry Reid is pissed.

Is Harry talking about Bundy or Obama?
Well, the statement certainly applies more to Obama, but I'm sure he was talking about Bundy. If Bundy is indeed guilty it involves a loss to the government of a relatively small amount of money as opposed to Obama's massive squandering of trillions in order to "fundamentally transform America."

I thought it was one person tased, no persons maced.....

The tased individual acted with hostile intent.
What would you expect LEO to do?

The armed folks who showed up after would have been well served to research the situation before taking up arms against their government.
Of course, many of them wait with baited breath and foiled heads hoping for an opportunity to take a shot at someone...anyone. Dangerous fools.

I reiterate. There is more to this than is seen on the surface. Time will probably flush it out whatever it is.

Just a fraction of the cost to the taxpayers of the last vacation by the O's.

Sure can't argue with that, but Michelle didn't get her cattle confiscated.

Personally, I think that foreign vacations by POTUS and family should not be allowed. The cost of protection is much too high.
Any foreign travel should be only to perform the function of the job.
This should be one of the things that POTUS has to sacrifice in order to hold the position.
They can travel to Africa all they want once he is out of office.

Ho did not fear superior forces nor did he win every battle.

Same with Washington. In fact, if you think about it, ol' George lost most of his battles.

The Greeks won battles against the Romans and the lesson we learn from them is a Pyrrhic Victory.

Tsun Tsu is completely wrong except if he says never fight a superior force.

Man, I'm on a roll disagreeing with you lately. I swear it's not targeted.

I don't think Presidents should vacation overseas on the taxpayer but international relations often hinge on personal relations that can only come from face time. Think Roosevelt and Churchill. They took huge risks in time of war for GTG's. It solidified the alliance to an extent that few nations ever had and even fewer maintain.

They don't have to agree or even like each other. Trust doesn't require that. They have to know how their opposite number will react and know that one's own national interest is in second place in her mind, only after her own nation.

A second point is this: If the leadership position is so important that we cannot risk losing the person in that position then we have invested too much power in that position. Doesn't matter whether it is a government or a company.

No worries... I won't tell.

Certainly diplomatic missions are to be expected, and are a vital part of maintaining solid relationships.
It's the taking the family on a vacation for no other purpose than recreation that kind of chills it for me. Do that after you leave office, and on your own dime.

That may well be. Possibly we should test the theory by allowing a couple to get offed....

So to sum up, Cliven Bundy should get to overgraze all he wants and not pay rent on property he doesn't own because somebody else has a plan for the property and Obama takes vacations in strange foreign lands.

Got it.

State of Nevada should put a company of NV National Guard at the Bundy ranch, to foil the gestapo raiding it. Lets see how eager they are to use their guns when there is a group of soldiers that will fire back. TOSIAR
