North Sentinel Island, isolated tribe, 60,000 years old
I happened to hear about this island: 24 sq miles with a population of unknown size, estimates are 40 to 500. The people violently resist most all contact though there has been some. Estimated to be very close genetically to the first people who left Africa. It's a protectorate of India though it's closer to Myanmar.
