Thank you. I was indeed able to locate the bracket and remove the 10mm nut and associated bolt. I could not figure a way to completely wiggle out the tube but was able to lift it off...

Well I managed to get the hubcaps onto the alloys...

Well I managed to get the hubcaps onto the alloys that look like steel wheels. Had a friend help me who restores Mercedes and he had the correct amount of finesse and force :)
