I believe the throttle bushing issue was a recall...

The 48V system was the last instructor-led training course I took before I retired. It's a really cool setup but really just a stop-gap measure. MB went as far as they could with a 12V/250A system....

The only thing the dealer can do for you is check to see if another dealer has any NLA stuff in stock. Dealer-to-dealer parts swaps are pretty much a daily occurrence....
