My 1991 E300 TE 4matic Gas vehicle. The blower unit is not operating the fan does not switch on regardless of setting. Any advice would be appreciated.

If you have not done so, start by checking the fuse. Even thought they may appear good, they can sometimes get a small crack in them and interrupt the current.

..yes.. and because you can not always see the break, the best way to check them is to jumper the fuse with a short piece of wire , as that is proof positive.

That fuse is outside the fuse box in it's own little box ..
