How hard is to replace transmission front pump seal on a 1988 300E?

I have the tranny out and was wondering how hard it would be to replace? It looks like there are 6 bolts that hold the piece to the transmission. Is all I have to do is remove those and replace the seal, or should I leave for someone who knows?
