Lik glen said, the drain plug is under the protective covering (4 screws) under the engine. And the oil filter is in a black casing that screws off behind the engine next to the firewall.
And I would do as recommended by 400E and get yourself a TOPSIDER (i got mine at a boat supply store). GOod luck.
