"92 400 se, why are my ASR and ABS light coming on?

Thanks for you help on my AC blower regulator! But now my ASR and ABS light are coming on and staying on while driving. I've read the owners manual, says posssible low voltage, pads have been replaced, all tires are same size, not done any towing, just plain old daily driving, car has 90,000 miles. Any ideas? thx,mike
