The outside temp dispay has degraded to the point where i cant read it. Is this something that would be possible to fix easily?
Also passenger side vent lever is not engaged is this also something which can be easily fixed ? Thanks for your help.

The only way to repair the Liquid Crystal display for the outside temp display is to replace it.$$
The outer vent assembly isn't very costly & can be replaced in about 20-30 minutes.
