Also, it cost me $80.75 to title and register the $4,375 low NADA value car in Arizona on top of the $285.50 it cost to register it in Vermont. I mailed off the paperwork to Vermont on January 21st and received the plates and registration by February 11th, so it took a total of three weeks. No inspection of the vehicle was required in Arizona.
A vintage vehicle would have to have a low NADA value of about $19,000 to bring the Vermont registration fees to about $1,200. Most of the cars we are dealing with here are not in this category.

California '99 E300D turbo $3000 wow!
I don't see any mileage figures but the seller has done a lot of work, the paint looks fine and its not a salvage title!
I note it has what looks like cloth seats, might be aftermarket covers but that bears asking. Came from orig owner.I replaced all filters ,cleaned out fuel tank and strainer . New injection pump . New lift pump,changed oil . I am getting fuel up to injectors but cant get it to start. I dont have an injector tester or a compression tester to see any further. I am not a diesel guy and dont have any tools or knowledge of what to do next. I bet there is someone that knows how to work on diesels that can make it go. It has 108k orig miles tires are good shape with no weather cracks . Interior is mint condition and picts dont show it. Exterior paint has fade but i tested a small area with color back and it looks like it will clean up great. Title is clear . I am needing the space so i am gonna let her go for 2000 . If no one wants it local i will probably put it on ebay . Let me know if want to see it . Located in coon valley Thanks ___________________________________________________________ My guess would be IP not installed correctly. Off timing, or off by 180. Glow plug problem. Marginal battery turning starter too slowly.
