Regarding speeding, if you choose to speed and get caught, just pay the ticket. If you don't want to risk getting a ticket, don't speed. I sometimes speed, and I occasionally have to pay a ticket; cost of doing business.

what if you weren't speeding but the cop says you were?
BTW, in the past, this happened to me. as a result, I am on the lookout for a speedometer or speed rating system than can verify speed over distance (averages, highs and lows over distance) with 100% accuracy. like a black box for aircraft, something that could be admitted as evidence in traffic court. if anyone knows of such a device I am all ears....if and when I find it, it will most likely be made in Germany......
