I've been away from WVO and biodiesel for a while, but have formerly run an '80 300SD and multiple W201's on different setups of WVO and/or biodiesel.

I have a friend who just bought a '99 E300D that needs some TLC. He's working the bugs out of the car right now, but wants to move into the WVO world, especially for some regular long commutes (weekend trips of 120 miles each way). The guy is a good mechanic (SAE certified) and a mechanical engineer by profession. I don't say that to impress, only to give some background.

Anyway, since I have been away from the "scene" for a while, I'm looking for some advice to pass along to him. Of the commercially available 2-tank systems, which one(s) are top-of-the line in terms of build quality, electrical/electronic controls, and fitment into a '99E300D?

Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
