Thanks guys. I sold my 1987 190D Non Turbo on Clist last week. The gentleman came from NC. He flew into BWI took a train to Union Station D.C.. Took him to the local MBZ Master Mech, and for a test drive. He gave me the monies. We are now good friends email now, and then. There are honest people in this world, and I will not give up on my fellow AMERICANS. Hell I joined the Navy in 1984, and everything the recruiter told me was a lie. Hell I medically retired in 14years as an E-7. I look forward to the challenge if there is one.

Well I took her for a 60 mile test drive this morning. 22 degrees F this morning she started right up and ran smooth. No smoke or shaking On the drive I noticed that the tranny shifted smooth until 3-4 she would run around 35K rpms slight tap on the gas pedal would encourage the 3-4 shift. I was only to achieve a top speed of 70mph still feeling under the weather will attempt more tomorrow. I forgot to mention that the OP runs a good 2.5 bars

I had to run to Rite Aid drove the 300D she almost got me killed. Showed signs of fuel starvation. The previous owner replied to my email confirming that he never knew there was a filter in the tank considering he is the 2nd owner, and had it for 10 years i will replace all filters. 240D passed me by

Damn, there won't be any "D"s left on the East Coast!

(Nice capture on the first 124.128)

Is that your Aluminum Trailer that "D" is on in the Picture?
(Is it a Normally Aspirated?)

Ask Vstech about the engine possibilities.
(Down in Tarheel Land, just south of you)

ONLY $800. ? That's Insane of the seller.

(AND you are SICK,your only hope is that your insurance will decline to cover
the next 4 diesels you try to buy.)

Oh, and for the 124.128's Tank...
Startron will eliminate all the Black FUNGUS goo in it.

"needs and engine" how? what's wrong with it? anything penetrating the block? snapped chain? give us some details... looks just like the 93 I got for 250, but your's is the 606! nice.
if the head's not toast, maybe you can be the one to see if it will fit on a 603?
