I have isolated the noise, but I don't know what the part is called and can't find it listed in any diagrams. It sits up top between the vac pump and the front of the engine and is aluminum and rectangular shaped.

Also, any ideas why this is clicking so loud? The car starts and runs, feels like it is running out of gas every once in a while.
