need to install my bumper mount hit for my 240D this week since a truck I was interested in was sold out from under me (thanks jerk seller for not responding to my calls trying to setup an early morning meet for me to buy and me being a teacher really doesnt allow me any free time to buy things)

anyways... anyone have any tips or tricks for installing one? I know I need grade 8 hardware but others have mentioned putting a plate in the spare tire well where the bolts go.
