W123 Broken "Cream" interior trim part needed

Okay, this interior part broke in half... This covers the inside of the C Pilar in the back seat above the package shelf.

Does anyone have a W123 Sedan with Cream interior that's a parts car?

How the heck do I get this thing out? The seat belt goes right through the middle of it, looks like a pain.

Thanks for any advice and hopfully a clean interior piece.

Bob
