It's just an image that they want to give. The rest of the country is not like that at all, but it seems that people like to go crazy nuts with the weed, the beer and the prostitutes because they are all perfectly legal over there!

Anyway! I added pictures for the previous post, and wrote a new one this week, narrating all three days:

Enjoy! Hopefully I can write again before I leave for the USA.

Due to the amount of search terms related to "SLR Transporter" that I see in my blog's analytics, it's time to review one of the rarest car I ever laid my hands on... DAS BLAU WONDER!

In other news, I am departing for the US on Monday!

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. You've got a gift, my friend. I'm glad to see that you're pursuing it.

I'm very much looking forward to your collaboration with Tyler. You've both got a knack for entertaining writing and photography (which I can only imagine will apply to video as well) and a passion for motor vehicles. I wish you and him the best on your future endeavor!

My thoughts exactly. They make him look so much younger. Maybe I'll get some myself!

Thanks to you all! I can't wait to see Tyler after I get things organized in NYC. I just have no words to describe how exciting these next months will be, hosting the show, traveling places, driving amazing old cars and (hopefully) making some money to finance the biggest adventure of all: the Alaska-to-Argentina expedition in Newport. Jurgen (username Blurg) showed me that there is no reason why a 300TD with slight modifications should not be able to make it. When I make the trip, it is most likely that I will take my great friend and excellent filmmaker Rachel Vianna (check out her work!); she has experience filming on-the-go and she's as crazy as I am!

I think that I would be in a completely different mindset if it hadn't been for the PeachParts community. That road trip truly changed my outlook on life, and gave me an unparalleled sense of freedom and freshness about taking my own decisions on what I should do with myself rather than stick to the flow of things.

Thank you once again. Here's a humble present to you, a sign of future things to come in the new TV show!
