Hey man,

Sleep, fluids, Tums, aspirin....

I had that on Sunday. Woke up with a splitting headache, felt like puking, ached --- thought it was from Saturday eve's shrimp, bit no one else felt ill. Took it easy, early to bed Sunday and back to normal Monday.

Two other friends felt this way earlier this week and the symptoms went away in a day, so sounds like you have the 24 hour flu. I always thought it was an old wive's tale-- apparently not.

LOL!

I never had a hang over on that trip until arriving at the airport. The next 3 days were painful. :grim:

I am better. I expect to go back to work tomorrow.

As long as you didn't feel like your hair hurt and your teeth itched!

Arrived home late last night from a 2 day trip to Bentonville, Arkansas.

The Northwest corner of Arkansas is really beautiful country.

Sure feels good to be back in So. Cal.

Took a day off from work today and took my four year old son to his second baseball practice. He was so thrilled to be wearing his Los Angeles Dodgers baseball hat and Rawlings baseball mit.

Life is good. :)

I went back to work today for about an hour and came back home. The nausea is gone but I am weak as a kitten.

Tomorrow, I will be sound again, I am certain!

Going to be flying a developer out over the Mesquite/Forney/Terrell area all day. His projects are already in the works.

I think I’ll take along my Joni Mitchell CD and when they ask for some music, first up will be “Big Yellow Taxi” (Paved Paradise).
That should go over good. :D
