That's it! You get the Matrix treatment: "You're a funny man, Sully, I like you. That's why I'm going to kill you last."

The key question to back problems (as deduced by a most excellent friend) is this: Can you number your vertebrate? If you can put your finger on say, C6-C7, (or say, T2-T3, etc) you are a member of the club. If not, you're out. It's like a Masonic handshake.

How about if I can feel the titanium rod where it sits just proud of T4 (doc wanted to bolt it down starting there, but spine is too far curved due to my arthritis)?

Didya ever read about the women in England, maybe 4-5 years ago - had her head REMOVED (well, everything except the blood lines and spinal cord) so they could lift her chin off her chest? Docs broke her neck, and bolted everything back together with her head in an upright position. Kind of arthritis she has - same as me.

Bamboo spine is actually a medical phrase. It's the reason I don't bounce - falls that would give other people disc issues crush vertebra in me (hence the titanium from T4-T8).

Shoot, you can probably number all those suckers! I can only locate my favorites: C5-C6.
