From the Wiki:
Official figures

  • Some of the early estimates were based on reports of a casualty figure of 2,600 from the Chinese Red Cross, which was quickly retracted.
  • On June 6, State Council spokesperson Yuan Mu claimed that preliminary tallies by the government showed that about 300 civilians and soldiers died, including 23 students from universities in Beijing, along with a number of people he described as "ruffians".[135] Some 5,000 soldiers and police along with 2,000 civilians were wounded.
  • On June 19, Beijing Party Secretary Li Ximing reported to the Politburo that the government's confirmed death toll was 241, including 218 civilians (including 36 students), 10 PLA soldiers and 13 People's Armed Police, along with 7,000 wounded.[143][144]
  • On July 1, Chen Xitong, then Beijing mayor, reported that about 200 civilians and several dozen soldiers died.[145][146]

I agree you can do it like the Chinese guy in Tiananmen Square but when he got squished, oh well.
Time for an eye appointment?

It is amazing that certain left wing leaning folks are making Bundy out to be some sort of crook and/or criminal, yet the same left wing folks want to march in the streets with the hope and change gimmick and wealth redistribution mantra. At least Bundy works, so I am guessing the left wing folks just want the free stuff and redistribution of wealth only if you just hang out. It don't figure :)

Can't have hard-working, independent white people conducting civil disobedience. It just ain't right.

ooh, we may have a revelation or epiphany goin' here . . .

"Working" is a qualifier for disregarding a court's order?

Regardless, some view the "rebel" as a hero and champion, but is this guy Nelson Mandela? ;)

How many people has this guy killed as compared to Mandela?

This guy won....US is appealing....told him "not to worry, because WE always win in the 9th circuit court of appeals"....

No agenda here....

Trying to drag a different case to this one? Are you sure they are similar in that they involved the government or are they the exact same, within reason, case?

Further to that, if the rancher can appeal a court ruling, why not the government? Or are you saying that only the citizens can appeal a ruling?

Directly, or indirectly?

Come to think of it, how many have we all killed, indirectly?

Women and children first the right wing way.:P

One protester, a former Arizona sheriff named Richard Mack, told Fox News about the militia's plans if violence broke out in Bunkerville. “We were actually strategizing to put all the women up at the front. If they are going to start shooting, it’s going to be women that are going to be televised all across the world getting shot by these rogue federal officers.”

Everything you need to know about the long fight between Cliven Bundy and the federal government

Mandela ... quit a world figure ... I know our Commander in Chief thinks he's the cat's pajamas, but here are some sobering facts about Mandy,

1. M.'s ANC was viewed by the world as a terrorist organization and on the USA's list;
2. The Soviet-backed revolutionary was imprisoned for terrorism, sedition, and sabotage —and complicity in 100's of murders, with his wife inventing necklacing, so there is little to say of the man of peace versus the history of violence, brutality, terror, and communist scheming. By industrial world standards, his prison term was incredibly light.
3. A country which is in a mess because of his incompetence

So, yes let's compare with Mandela

History is often nothing more than winners and losers.

You said 'what if 'to about 4 or 5 points...and I showed you a 'what if ' guy.

Educate yourself and see.....Judge slapped the US around pretty good.....US comes back and says Hage will lose in the end.....cool.

Notice the little red hilight about no one covering this and other similar cases in MSM?

Bundy gets noticed because MSM can not have anyone challenging their gov't who aren't about to take this crap much longer.....
