I looked again and my glow plug light is to the right but the solid white light that comes on sometimes for only a couple of seconds is to the left of seatbelt sign.

DUH? What's the light beside seatbelt on 240D dash?

I don't have a manual and trying to figure out what is the light on the dash beside the seat belt sign on a 1983 240D automatic? It's a solid white light.
I know it's one of those DUH questions but...

My 1976 300D is BLACK ON BLACK and I love it!! It's really sharp and it gets the looks all the time. BLACK is hard to keep clean though.

The only difference from driver's side to passenger side was driver's side the top 6mm bolt close to engine was harder to get to but the passenger side took longer because it was the first one I did....
