Extra hand
Joseph, I remember watching a mechanic replace my driver side window motor (w123).
He did it by himself, methodically. Remember the set up and lay it down in such fashion as to be able to reassemble without goof ups. I did have to lend a hand in holding the window up when it came time to line it into the 'support rail'. That was one of those irritating aspects. If it does not set right, then you end up going back and forth, quite methodically, but can get one hot under the collar. I realize this is a very general anectdote. I wish I could be more detailed in the parts descriptions, but me is tired. If ya have a good memory, great. Make a sketch for re-install reference (or digital pic). It saves me all the time with DIY jobs. Good Luck.
