Is the M120 basically two M104 engines joined together? If so, it would have an iron block and two aluminum heads. I guess it'd be heavier than your M117 engine.
The 120 is actually about the same length as the 117 tip of fan to transmission surface. The major challanges will be the exhaust routing, interfearance with the master cylinder, and the lower portion of the engine will not fit with the accesories and oil filter installed. The subframe will most likely be completly redesigned.

The M120 is an all alloy V-12 which I am hoping weighs about the same as an iron block 117 which the 107 originally came with. The engine and trans will be weighed upon removal, springs will be adjusted as required.
