What has this got to do with war? Bush will not give a penny to stem cells if we were rolling in cash tomorrow. However, it is always about the war with you, isn't it? Everything is the war. I suppose if a bus runs off a cliff tomorrow, it will still be because of the war, right? If not for the war, the bus might have better tires and breaks and better maintenance. Therefore, if we didn't spend money on the war, the bus would not have run off the cliff.
