Yep, that is exactly what I did. I even used some fresh mineral oil to flush it out.

2.5# seems to work better that 2.9# as sticker says. Blowing cold with 90+ dF ambient.

Roll guy the guy that owns this car also owns the 300CD that I put one of your kits on a year or two ago with the p flow condenser and r134. He said he has to "turn it down" when wife is with him in that application.

Looking to revive the a/c in a W123. This thread is 10 years dormant. Anymore activity in this realm?

I was going to retire from this venture, but I may make another batch in the near future. I am on a fixed income, so coming up with the $ to make another batch may take a while.

Completely understand. I am interested in what you put together and have a few other things to sort on the car. The current climate control doesn't work. I have to pull.it out and see what it needs. It's the 3 dial type with the blue temp roller stand alone above. Not the push button units all my other w123 had.

I will need to sort that out. I believe every piece of the system will need attention or replacement. This will take some time.

Fortunately I have gauges and a vacuum pump. I think I have a digital scale as well.

Bracket kits

I don't have any available right now. I may make a batch in the near future if I can gather the funds necessary to get the parts cut. I will post when I have them available.

Hey Rich, just a heads up I will be a customer for you if you chose to make another batch. I will need to replace basically everything on my wagon, so I would be thrilled to buy a complete kit if you ever make those again. Thanks!
