I really didn't look at the solenoid, just cleaned it and put it back together..As I was yanking the engine and tranny out, I just cut the wire..

I figure at the factory that the car is going down the line..Engine and tranny drop in and someone below hooks all the wires up to the tranny..The neutral safety switch is a plug in and so should the Solenoid..

Here is another close up of my solenoid and a picture of a new one from a online parts house..Looks like it just plugs in..
