Bundy has been threatening BLM people for years, saying, essentially, that he was armed and dangerous. What, BLM is obligated to make it a fair fight?

F the pea brain. Running his cattle on some 900 sq. miles of public land and he's whining about $1.35 or $1.50 a head grazing fee? I've read private grazing fees in his area are about $18 a month. In 18 months, a steer can grow to approx. 1000 lbs, worth approx. $1 a lb. 18 months at $1.50 is $27. And yields a $1000 steer.

I repeat, F the nimrod, round up and auction his steers, put him in jail, and jail the gun totin' vigilantes if they don't disperse, if they don't surrender, mow them down.

Actually, mowing them down with attack helicopters would be a bit harsh, wouldn't make for good TV so I say if they don't disperse, put em under siege. Starve em out. If they try to break the siege line with armed force, then shoot em. This is about the rule of law, something I thought Republicans were big on. But maybe that was only regarding Bill Clinton lying about getting a bj from a willing adult woman.
